Asked for a set of keys cut (3 keys) they gave us back 2 keys that didn't work and one key which hadn't been cut at all. Asked for a refund as they had provided faulty keys. the response i was met with was incredibly rude. i was asked what my "beef" was with her, not to start with her and she refused to provide a refund. Never in my life have i experienced such horrific customer service.

Always a person to support the high street, I have been bitterly let down by this place. Since having them re-soled and re-heeled, they have an annoying squeak they never had before. Corrine Hide told me it is the shoe being poor quality.... really? A loake show that had no problems before they touched them? Avoid. Their customer care is so poor and unhelpful. They are cheap, but they are a cheap for a reason!

Took my walking boots in for re-heeling, and I thought they may be too worn. But both heels were rebuilt and re-heeled, and they looked like new! I've been using them daily for several months, in all weathers, and now they're ready for re-heeling again after standing the test of time and terrain. Fantastic workmanship and first class materials. Highly recommended and a quick turn-around 👌👍
