I cannot thank Dr Joe and the whole team at Core Wellness enough. They truly are an amazing team who's energy is so infectious, you can't help leaving with a smile on your face. I use to suffer alot with head aches, lower back pain which would only subside with regular pain killers, but since having adjustments with Dr Joe I feel like a new person. I've not needed to take pain killers for my head aches ever since. I also have regular massages with Sean which I recommend everyone to do, because I always under estimated the power of massage till I started feeling the benefits. Takes tension away, relaxes my body which allows me to sleep better. After a nutritional consult with Dr Joe he helped me have a better understanding and relationship with food, which is now my lifestyle, helping me lose the weight I was struggling to lose and I feel in the best shape I've been since having my son. I owe alot to Core Wellness for truly transforming my life for the better. With different payment plans to suit you it definitely makes it affordable. Hi all, This is my second commendation for the fabulous team at Core Wellness in Epsom. As the name describes it's a centre, a place designed to improve your wellness, to help you create new habits, to assist you in your transformation to a healthier you. I'm in year two of my journey, I was physically unfit, mentally unfit. You get out what you put in and in that time my overall fitness has improved to the point I'm in the process of coming of prescription medication. I've recently taken place in 21 day challenge my aim to reduce visceral fat, this was successful. So well done me! The team at CWC are just that a 'team' and Im so pleased to be part of the CWC family. Whether its aches, pains, fitness, flexibility, diet, movement no matter how old you are do yourself a favour and get down there!

I signed up to the Transform Programme at CWC as I was suffering from a lot of joint pain and injury even after gentle exercise and had gained weight. I had a skiing trip booked and was doubtful that I would be able to ski unless I took action. I completed the programme and was able to ski without any pain or injury which was remarkable given how unlikely I thought that would be before starting the programme. I lost weight and improved my overall health. The combination of nutritional advice, chiropractic adjustments, group pt sessions and sports massages is unique and I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking to improve their overall health, increase their strength and mobility and lose some weight. Everyone at CWC is very welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable and kind. Definite 5 stars 😁

I went to Core Wellness looking for relief from constant calf pain. Lots of walking without enough stretching will cause that. Shakira gave me the most incisive sports massage I have ever had anywhere and after a few sessions, coupled with some home exercises, I was back to normal. I was so impressed with the results I signed up to a 12 week programme involving chiropractor, massage and body training to hone in on other areas of my health. I may have initially come searching for relief from calve pain, but having experienced first hand what they can do, I can see myself becoming a long term client of the Core Wellness team.

Had a bad back and shoulder for around 8 years from heavy weightlifting at a young age and a shoulder tear. Been to see many other chiropractors/physio/osteopath/masseuse, but could never properly fix my back or tell me exactly what was wrong. Joe scanned my back and told me what was wrong straight away and then fixed me up within 3 months, back feels a lot better now and shoulder is getting there. Sean is a very good masseuse and will help loosen any tightness. All very friendly and polite staff!

In short, Core Wellness has been a life changing experience. Working a sedentary life and never exercising, I knew I need a major change for both my physical and mental health. I'd been seeing numerous chiropractors over the years to try and ease my lower back and neck pain. Their treatments somewhat kept my pain at bay, but they were a band aid and not fixing the underlying issue. I've been coming to Core Wellness for close to a year now and I can't imagine life without it. Dr Joe's superb treatments, care and insight, combined with Carmen and Jason's excellent small PT gym sessions have improved my physical and mental health drastically. Also, not to forget Sean's sport massages and the uplifting front desk team (Paula, Olga and Gwen) who are always so accommodating. The environment fostered is positive, supportive and motivational. The community of people that regularly visit are testament to the Core Wellness ethos of improving your life holistically.
