The sessions have flown by. Ollie sets out a lesson plan at the beginning of the session. Ollie is constantly circulating, providing 1to1 feedback/advice, throughout the class. The sessions have run to time, regardless of numbers attending. What I appreciate is that Ollie treats everyone equally regardless of their ability. I am enjoying the whole learning experience.

Even in its infancy CORE. Weightlifting Club has the capacity to suit any level of participant. The atmosphere of Core The Gym and the space available lends itself brilliantly to the club, with the potential to bring weightlifting to a wider audience in Kent. The attitude and enthusiasm of the team behind the club is great and their attention to each individual is key to the quality product/service they’re offering; and for the modest price you have access to the community, forum, programming and of course regular coaching sessions. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to develop in weightlifting - or have an interest in keeping fit with the sport but having a community around you.

Are you shy of stepping into the gym? Are you shy of learning something new? Do you feel awkward when training alone but can't afford a PT? Do you want to feel how awesome it is when you perform and exercise for the first time? Have you ever tried Olympic weightlifting? I am a personal Trainer and I highly recommend you getting down to Core The Gym Maidstone which also happened to have been voted the best gym in Kent again and give Olympic weightlifting a try. There are 8 platforms which makes an Olympic weightlifting session feels like a party. Both for beginners right up to pro athletes.
