Rip off in the auction house. ... Dubious company. It has a shop in an auction house, e - y, which goes under the name ... uccshoes .... This shop is a kind of power seller and brings a lot of money to the auction house. For this reason, all negative reviews are dated Auction house deleted. The rating profile is therefore a hoax and is massively manipulated for positive by the auction house. Bought 2x. Twice you tried to rip off and cheat. One time the package was mislabeled and returned. The other time the goods arrived in a very different color and damaged. Both times the money was only returned after steps were taken.

Ordered shoes online, but they never turned up. Courier company said they were 'recalled by the vendor' and 'returned to them', but I have never had any communication about this, never got my money back and did not get any replies to my email. I suggest that people don't risk it and order shoes from them.

Have just had a rather curt conversation with a telephone operator from your company and have to rate this with 1 star even though I would rather give none as it is the only way to post a review. I was told back in January that 3 x boots that were purchased by my husband for myself and our 2 daughters which were all the wrong sizes could be returned only for an exchange so that we did not miss out on our Christmas presents even though they were bought back in November 2016. All boots are unworn and in original boxes/bags and would have return postage paid by myself. 3 alternative pairs were then picked ready for one of my daughters to continue with the returning whilst I was out of the country from 2nd Feb. She also called to confirm the exact return address but was then told by someone else at the company that the boots could NOT be sent back for exchange. I come back from holiday yesterday to call the company today to be faced with a rather rude lady telling me that it is now 4 months since the purchase and the boots could not be returned for exchange even though the company is not losing any money, in fact it is costing me more to pay for the postage! The return/exchange notice in the parcels state no time limit on exchanges only returns and also states that excellent Customer service and value for money is what your company offers. I really don't feel that is the case and in fact the customer service experience I have just received was appalling and as for value for money - well your company obviously receives that as we now have 3 pairs of brand new boots that have been paid for and never to be worn - instead of just exchanging the boots so that we all benefit from your supposed value for money! I would most certainly not recommend anyone I know to purchase any shoes/boots from your store and would advise that your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
