We hired Core Events for a teenage party and they were absolutely fantastic. Chris literally went the extra mile as the venue was in an isolated location on a cold and frosty night. The price was very competitive and the service exemplary. My daughter was thrilled with the rave style lighting and the sound system. Chris gave really responsive and attentive service and took some of the angst away! They were really punctual too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We used Core Event Hire for a corporate party recently. The team were fantastic and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Chris went above and beyond to deliver; listening to what we needed and offering creative solutions. The event was a huge success and looked fantastic - we had projections on the side of our buildings, flame pillars, lit up trees, UV lighting inside, props which fitted our theme and much more! The price was very reasonable too. Lots of the guests commented on how impressive the lighting and decorations looked. Thank you Chris and team!

Chris and his team provided the tech used in my mums funeral today, and we couldn’t have been happier. From the start, Chris demonstrated an ability to listen and understand our needs without trying to push / upgrade us beyond what was necessary. He showed great patience and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in helping us feel comfortable and confident in the tech set up was amazing and deeply appreciated by everyone in our family. This level of kindness is a rarity nowadays - especially within the business world - and we couldn’t have been happier with the way Chris and his team helped us make a very difficult day a lot less stressful. Thank you so much to Chris for the lighting for our wedding. We hired two uplighters and some large letters that spell LOVE for our wedding in August at the Cherwell Boathouse in Oxford. The communication with Chris was very easy. They lights looked great. Especially the LOVE letters which was a great backdrop for photos in the evening. Core provided a high-end PA system and sound engineer for a live band performance at the end of a conference in an Oxford College. The set-up was impressively professional and everything ran very smoothly from our point of view, despite access to the venue being less than straightforward. Stuart squeezed a great sound out of a rough band; everyone had a great time. Excellent, clear communications from start to finish. Strongly recommended!
