Firstly, Barry is one of the owners (the 5 star review saying ‘great service and really reliable’) the other 5 star rating is from Jason, the other owner. This company is a JOKE. They ‘manage’ a building that I own a flat in. The are deeply unprofessional, leave the property in a state, gardens over growing, hang up the phone on us, send their mates round to pose as ‘engineers’, the communal areas haven’t been touched for 5 years+, on two occasions the communal front door as not been able to lock leaving our security in danger, at one point they got someone to remove the door and didn’t replace it for a week leaving a completely open walkway to our front doors… a building of flats with no communal door, in north London. Terrifying. I’m a 30 year old woman who, up till very recently has, lived on my own. These Del Boys take a huge sum of money from me every year and I don’t feel safe in my building.
