Great experience with my daughters case for refusal to issue an EHCP . Madey was professional, friendly and prompt. She organised Oat SALT and EP assessments for my daughter . She also kept me informed of any changes or updates via email or phone calls. The communication was excellent . The LA conceded about a week before the tribunal hearing , but I had a barrister arranged to represent me . The whole process was very smooth, and any issues such as rearranging assessments, sorted out quickly . The LA are not naming the school my daughter is at in her EHCP , so I will likely use this service again for my appeal for the EHCP content and placement. Highly recommend.
