Not the most comprehensive review but the service is outstanding. Just popped in to get an off-cut (which they don’t have at this store btw) but ended up with a few local recommendations and a free masterclass in vinyl floor cutting. Next time I need a carpet, I know where I’m calling first.

Can't speak to the quality of their work; just to their responsiveness. I went into the store with an appointment to see some wood samples and obtain an estimate. I was assured samples would be ordered for me and an estimate would be forthcoming that week. No samples arrived and no estimate was provided, even after multiple emails were sent to inquire about this. Very disappointing.
