We designed our own wedding invitation to save money and Jasmine has so kindly helped us with so many things, from helping put multiple design in one paper to help reduce our costs, to adding bleed to the design to help with the printing. I have no idea how to do this so I can’t thank her enough! Aside from that, she is very reliable (always finishes the printing so quickly) and has definitely make our wedding preparation so much less stressful! I would do all kinds of printing work with Copyman again! 100/10

I used them several times through the past few years in Winchester. While their quality is good, and their turnaround times are ... reasonable, their attitude is appalling. This is also a problem that is coming from the top down. My last ever job with Copyman was a trim-job. They didn't have time to quote me on the spot, for literally 2 cuts using their electric guillotine, so I had to wait for their callback. I expressed that this was an urgent job that needed to be done by the next morning, so I can take them to the client in time. They called me 2 hours to close, and quoted me £25+VAT for the job. A bit pricey, but I wasn't going to argue. After I asked them to go ahead, they insisted I give my card details over the phone. As I was not in a location that could allow me to safely do that, nor did I have the time, I expressed my expectation to pay upon collection, as I always did before. I could then hear the staff having a conversation with the manager, who gave a gnarly response about no pay, no cut. Honestly, this made me feel awful and judged as if I don't have the £30 needed to make the payment. My printouts were £300 alone, and she was getting iffy about a £30 cut. I decided to cancel the whole thing, and got them cut at MBE Portsmouth for a final price of £20 while I waited for 3 minutes. That was the last time Minuteman Press will have ever seen my face.

I used this place a few times for work projects. Wasn't impressed by their attitude but tried to forgive in case a side effect of being busy. Then my partner used them for Christmas cards last year and was so offended by the staff's attitude towards him he has asked me absolutely never to use them again. Not helpful to send reviews like this but hopefully it makes Management address the attitude and lack of soft skills within their team.

Have used Copyman a few times over the past 3 years, it’s pure luck of the draw whether you get good professional service, or dismissive, rude, inept & unprofessional service - it’s embarrassing for the people there who clearly want to help that certain individuals - who have an obvious disdain for students in particular - aren’t fit for the job
