One star is TOO much. He’s (the manager) is extremely rude. And I’ve watched this shop be many things and be owned by many people over the years and it’s always been in good hands but the current owner is simply rude. We live in a small community where we all help each other and support one another. He’s too unpredictable you never know how he’s going to be. Especially towards the young children half of them are scared of him!!! Such a required business to have in our village, but he lacks compassion and social skills. We have such a diverse community and instead of understanding this I feel he ignores this. Elderly or young he simply just wants to make money rather than make a community connection. This current manager is not the best fit for our community spirit. Such a shame.

I needed help inflating 25 balloons for a kids party. I gave these guys 15 mins notice. The chap was on his own in the shop and still got them all done and bagged in 30 mins. I made the party just in time. Lots of happy kids. Thanks again - life saver!
