I had food and drinks here recently with a number of colleagues from work. We arrived on time and were seated to our table. We were told about the specials and were given a few minutes before a drinks order was taken. The food was lovely and very good quality, I had the duck arancini and they were beautifully. Quite pricey I thought at £9 for a starter but I’d get them again! The only negative about my visit was the service was a little slow, food came quickly but we were left a while without a drink. The place was really busy and the staff were all flat out so it’s no criticism of anybody personally. Overall I would recommend and would return.

Food was excellent, however waited 15 minutes for card machine (wireless), had to go out to the front to get the bill paid & AmEx not accepted. The lady became extremely passive aggressive and misgendered me a few times despite me asking her to stop. She was quite pleasant earlier at the table. I do not understand why. Overall confusing situation where the front of house destroys the experience. Highly frustrating as was awake for two days straight for business, finally wrapped up and had evening destroyed by bad service. Extremely disappointed and will not visit again.

Good food and service, but I think the requirement to give credit card details to confirm a booking a bit much. We booked by phone, and didn't notice the email requiring you to upload card details to confirm. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking, but luckily there were tables available. On checking my emails later, I had received an email canceling the booking 1.5 hours before our booked time. If I had seen this we would certainly not have gone. I have never had to give card details when making a restaurant reservation before.
