IGNORE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. . From my personal experience, I have found Copperstones to be absolutely fantastic in all aspects. They are quick, efficient, and hardworking. My experience with Nieusha and the team was simple and straightforward. She showed me properties on the Battersea site and allowed me to meet the concierge managing the property. The owner, Sajid Bashir, was accommodating and understanding to my personal time constraints and they were able to adjust the availability according to the apartment selection process. When I selected an apartment, Delfin and Sunny provided cost effective furnishing options and it came immediately after the order date. I would recommend for anyone and everyone to use this agency. They are fantastic!

If you are a tenant, be ready to be mistreated, lied to and threatened by the owner Sajid Bashir. His exact words were "If you do not leave the property today, I will make sure you are gone from the property myself" after his company has not sent me the full amount of rent back and demanded me to hand in the keys immediately (this was resolved after a long screaming session through the phone with Sajid as they owed me the rest of the rent). Needless to say, he took part in deceiving me that landlord wants to live in the property and to end the contract earlier, which I agreed on (and asked for compensation for leaving the premises within 1 month notice, since they needed the apartment asap, for which I was accused of blackmailing them, just imagine how ridiculous the situation was). As I noticed later, they have listed the property online with higher rent, immediately. This is illegal and beyond any ethical principles. Not sure if reported, it would have been a pleasant outcome for Sajid. When I confronted agent Mubashir, he said it was a mistake and that he was not aware of the listings of the property. On the photo you can see a friendly face of Sajid Bashir- please avoid this company at any cost.

I had the worst possible experience with them. Paid £575 as a holding deposit for a flat, after which they said that they wanted me to pay for a year upfront. When I said no, they told me they would give me back my deposit at the end of the month. The deposit refund is now a month overdue, the owner is piece of work who can’t even refund £575, I guess business must not be doing so well to hang to such a small amount of money!! Indians are horrible to do business with, take note folks!!
