I have been let down by them. Last week I have spoken with a very friendly lady over the phone about hiring a mini digger (2.5t) for my domestic project. I was told that it won’t be a problem to have it over the weekend. I was also told that they don’t offer insurance and that I would be liable for any damage or loss from the day of the delivery (which is fair enough). I have booked time off from work and arranged for a grab lorry to collect all the waste from my driveway. Today I went in person to book the actual digger but was told by a different man that I can’t have it because I don’t have an insurance. Now need to find a different place where I will be able to hire it.
