Fantastic quick and professional service. Contracts were signed on Tuesday and the printers installed on Friday of the same week. The engineers came in and did the full install with minimal impact on an open and busy business. The pricing structure is simple and easy to understand with the full breakdown of costs given. We would heartily recommend this service to any business, large or small.

I'm not one to usually ever criticise a supplier but this is an exception. They are probably the worst, most unhelpful and untrustworthy dealer I have ever known. Beware of hidden costs, minimum costs and rising costs in their contract. They will increase the prices despite signing a 5 year contract. Their response to service issues is appalling and they charge for everything. Steer well clear of this company.

After opening an office in Wakefield last year. I contacted Copier Systems to provide us with a machine to suit a small office environment (2-4 Users) despite only having a minimal requirement. Copier Systems explained all the machines in detail ensuring that the machine we purchased met our requirements. Delivery was on time, nothing was too much trouble in terms of setup.
