I first used Copes 54 years when sadly my daughter passed away ages 1. At that time I would have dealt with Alex’s Grandfather . I found him to be extremely compassionate, patient and caring in what was as you can imagine such an horrendous time for us . When my husband sadly passed recently my first thoughts were to use Copes . My husbands ashes were buried with my daughter and I commissioned Alex to make a new headstone to include my husbands name . I am happy to say the professionalism, compassion and individual care we experienced all those years ago is still as true today with Alex. I cannot recommend this company enough . Thank you Alex !
