Worst company I ever dealt with. Dump my car on the road with out informing us and left the key inside. Then the police were taken away and got to know after weeks. Paid huge bill to released and recover the car back. Now they donât even reply to my complaint or non of them contacted back. They said it has been delivered and nothing to do with them. Will take the legal action as we have all cctv evidence and proof that we did not get the car to our custody. Be careful when you are using Wolverhampton branch. Full of useless people work there including the manager.

Avoid buying cars from these scammers! I bought a stolen/recovered Fiesta with a slightly damaged side and on the pictures and description of the car they did not even mention about the engine (Lambda Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1) and the engine mounts were completely broken. The bonnet was sideways due to the impact on the side and the passenger door has black paint all over the inner sides. Glove box is completely broken. Never buying again

AVOID LIKE COVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Appalling customer service from copart. I bought my car back from insurance and tried to arrange delivery with 5 separate calls to this company. The first attempt they completely ignored my instructions to how the car was meant to be delivered even though I explained that the car was going to have a SORN on it and it needed to be put off the road because it isnât drivable. So they messed up and were really apologetic. I thought okay, the level of Apologies they gave seems genuine and they wonât mess up again. What else was I expecting from this company? They messed up again, but the next time the did so they abandoned my car at the top of the road next to a derelict pub and washed their hands of me, knowing full well it wasnât permitted to be left on the side of the road. This is a 3rd world company trying to work in a first world country. But theyâll turn around and say âwell we did apologiseâ. So? The point is you shouldnât have let it get to the stage that you needed to apologise, and apologies are nothing, whatâs an apology going to do? Move my car so itâs legally parked? Yeah, didnât think so. P.S their call centre staff are extremely rude, this one girl in particular, who was probably a bully in school now spends her life call handling for copart and bullying customers because sheâs mad that bullies like her get nowhere in life and it shows đ

Please avoid at all costs - if you are ever unfortunate enough to be in an accident, and your car needs to be written off, request your insurance company to send your car to anywhere else apart from Copart. I was hit by someone from the back while stationary so there was damage to the car at the back (no damage at the front). Firstly, CoPart messed me about for a week in picking up the car, then another week in dropping it back (with no communication from CoPart and me having to organise and chase it up all myself). In the time it was in their car, when the car got dropped off to the garage, the front bumper was also hanging off when previously there was no damage to it, one of the tyres was flat and worst of all, they left the windows during rain and snow, which caused the water to seep through the cracks and destroy the ignition system. To this point, car cannot still be fully repaired even though the initial damage was just the rear bumper being broken). Worst of all it was, their lack to accept responsibility and acknowledge that they had messed up. At no point, did they tried to communicate anything to me, including collection and delivery of car. I had to do everything off my own back. Then when things were organised, they changed things without telling me. When I would ring later in the evening, I was fed the same line everytime "we've just received this", conveniently every time towards the end of the day, while I am on the call with them. I would not wish anyone to have to go through such irresponsible and incompetent organisation when they are already through a difficult time.
