Worst customer service I have ever received. Won a lot online with no damages or anything and I went to pick the car personally, they damaged the windshield as well as the infotainment screen. After waiting for 4 continuous hours to speak with the yard manager, when he showed up he was like I got my tooth filled and my cheek is swollen that’s why I wasn’t coming out! I was told that we cannot do anything about it, the only thing we can do it to relist the lot and charge you 10% of it. I bought the car with no damages and I wanted what I won not a car with a list of damages. Made a complaint online and they were all disgraces on the face of earth!

Taking more than 3 weeks on delivering a car and shouldn’t be allowed to sell the car if they can’t even deliver it. I feel like there trynna hide something as they might have damaged my car. Won’t recommend to buy cars from copart.

this is the worse experience i had while a year purchasing cars from co part, i went to collect the car which supposed to be run and drive , car didn’t turn on and move an inch, three persons including area manager tried they couldn’t turn the car on i made complaint email and car was restored, funny thing is after few days i received an email from copart its my responsibility if car runs or not and they charged me for all days the car was restored 😂😂😂😂 , god bless you guys, clearly they ripping you off , no respect no dignity no manners nothing 👎👎👎
