Absolutely disgusting company with absolutely no empathy. We were due to collect a vehicle from there sandy branch between 3pm and 4pm. Due to traffic delays as it was Thursday before Easter we were going to be 20 minutes late. I called to explain the situation and spoke to Hannah who advised me that as long as we arrived before 4.30pm we could still collect the vehicle. We arrived at 4.25pm to be told we could not get the vehicle. Driver had battled traffic for 3 hours to get there and we had done everything we could to make them aware. What a absolute joke of a company and I will be taking this further

A total scam. They showed a car with Seized engine as Runner and when I picked up the car the engine was seized. I said this was a runner and they said we cannot take responsibility and we cannot do anything about it. This Newbury Copart is not honest so be careful before buying from them
