Terrible service. They were paid by my insurance to send my belongings from my car. They put everything in a bin liner and stuck a Parcelforce label on. They broke various things, including chipping my prescription glasses. They refused to acknowledge fault and asked me to complain to Parcelforce instead. They also use a dodgy personal number that costs almost £1 per minute. Still waiting for their manager to ring back.

Just had a terrible experience of buying a car. Car has a mechanical issue but their description hide the issue stating no damage to the vehicle. When talked to them over the phone, operator was ready to argue and not listen to anything. Waste of time and huge repair bill.fraudulent company, be careful.
