Took two weeks to collect my car, made no attempt to communicate with me at all. Listed the car for auction with all of my items still in the car. Called up and got them to send back my items, they only sent over half of what was in the car, and sent it in a plastic bag so some items were broken.

There are have book on appointment to collect my daughter car. On day she got message that collection was cancel. I have call company and tak to lady name Maria. I must say I was little rude, but she was very professional and friendly. After explain the cancellation and the problem, Maria sorted everything for us and arrange same day collection. 10000% recommended and top customer service. Thank you very much for your help.
