Car towed here after catalytic converter theft at location far from my home as arranged by car insurance company. When I went to collect personal belongings from car I discovered satellite navigation system and a data cable was missing. Staff confirmed nothing taken, as they sometimes do for security reasons. Reported to police. That was 18 months ago. Don't trust any valuables left in vehicle with this company if you have the opportunity as there are thiefs
