Our dog Peggy suffers from reoccurring ear infections and we have had several visits recently for ear medication. Both vets we have seen, Magda and Olivia have been brilliant with Peggy, who is quite nervous attending the vets. They have both been lovely and caring with her, making the visits less stressful. Also Sasha in reception is brilliant and so helpful.

The staff are always lovely & very helpful. I have used many vets over the years. Coopers is the only surgery that I feel cares more about the pet than the money. I would highly recommend them.

My wife took our little dog to the vets today with an ear infection. He is quite a lively dog, but nonetheless will settle if treated gently. By my wife’s account, the vet was in a great hurry, and rather than treat our dog sensitively, instead handled him rough-shod, forcing him into a muzzle, with him writhing and angry whilst she tried to inspect his ear. This evening our dog is very jumpy even with regular strokes on his head & neck, which he usually loves, and he no longer trusts us to put his collar on, so having to retrain him in this. Will not be returning. Searching for another vets.

Every time we visit vets are in a hurry. This time round no exception, vet seemed stressed and keen to get us out of consultation that we’re paying £50+ for as quickly as possible. Both me and dog came out stressed. No prices on website and not discussed during consultation so final costs always come as a shock. Very unprofessional practice. Same practice made a huge mistake due to rushing in first year and messed our pet insurance up as a result. Looking for a new practice now

We recently lost our beautiful Labrador, Purdy, after only 5 years. Although it is something they probably do almost on a daily basis, they were very supportive and sympathetic to our needs and feelings. They looked after her during her short time with us. A big thanks to all those at Coopers Vets.
