I called Coopers as my nearest Ford dealer to help me get hold of an interior trim part due to damage on my Ecosport (bought elsewhere). They were able to give me the part number from my fairly awful description of which bit I meant and also gave me the phone number for a parts company nearby so that I could call and pick up a new one. I really appreciated their help as I had no idea what I was doing!
