Coopers Fire were handed a real challenge with two weeks to hand over on a recent project. They surveyed for a small fire curtain in a servery/kitchen area on a Friday morning, had the drawings back to us by 2pm and were in manufacture by the following Monday morning. The curtain was installed and commissioned the following Friday, 48 hours prior to handover, to the satisfaction of the building control officer monitoring the project. We had found ourselves at a loose end following inaccurate information from another curtain manufacturer and contacted Coopers Fire in the hope they could assist. They have a good working relationship with our organisation but to turn this around in seven days was beyond are expectations. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and speed of turnaround. Thanks again to all at Coopers Fire.

Worst service I have ever came across!! absolute mad lead times, no certainty, no installation dates advised in time. awful service. unexperienced installers and always diferent teams that don't have a clue about what the project is all about. Lack of clear communication and efficient survey. constantly chasing for information. misleading diagrams and instructions of who's doing what, defective or incomplete installation that kept dragging on and on and on. ABSOLUT WORST POSIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

Appalling product quality, installation and communication. 9 occasions to fit a simple fire curtain. Fitted rails & headbox in wrong place, motor failed resulting in newly plastered walls / ceiling to be destroyed; Coopers to date refuse to compensate for this despite the additional costs and major delay to the project! MD fails to respond to email! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
