From start to finish was a brilliant experience. Starting with the store, I was provided with amazing service. We walked around discussing all the different options before agreeing on a washing machine that I liked. Unfortunately my first option was recalled by the manufacturers, however I was called up straight away by the guys in store and was offered an alternative, that was able to be fitted the very same day. As luckily they had stock in store. The install team... Well I had trouble with my orignal washing machine, which they managed to temporary fix. But I decided it was old and about to go so they happily changed it over. Both of the guys where so friendly and full of joy. Telling me how they also had the same machine as the one I just brought. Which filled me with confidence. I could sit here for hours typing about how amazing they all are. But I'm sure you get the point. Thank you again to the east sheen coopers team! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Monday morning the dishwasher died. Tuesday afternoon a new one was fitted 👏 Cooper’s were fantastic to deal with, gave them a call, they had a like to like product in stock and it was fitted the next day. The installation guys took time and care to remove the old machine and navigate my previously installed shoddy kitchen!! so they could fit the new machine perfectly. 10 Stars to all of you. Shopping local was SO much more satisfying than online retailers. Thanks !!

Definitely pop in and have a chat with them; they're extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very professional in their services and customer satisfaction. They range from good, value oriented products, to high end products and services. They're partnered primarily with Euronics - I'm sure you've heard of them. So, the likelihood of Coopers offering a product that you're specifically after is very high. Great Service as always. We have been buying items from Coopers since at least 2017 and have always found Coopers great to deal with. The best thing is the delivery and installation. You actually get to forewarn them of any issues they may encounter e.g. stairs, parking and installation challenges, so that come the installation day Coopers are equipped and ready with their experts. We have just bought a Miele washing machine from them and they will match major brand prices, which is also great peace of mind. We have bought dishwashers, extractor hoods. hobs, washing machines and dryers over the years- and have always been very satisfied with their service. Wished they supplied country wide.
