Jennifer Irving just helped us buy our first house - we are thoroughly pleased with the service and communication right from the start. It was clear to see the diligence and work that Jennifer did for us behind the scenes, and in particular she took initiative in securing an indemnity policy from the sellers to tie up a loose end that we wouldn’t have been aware of otherwise. There were also a couple of occasions where Jennifer responded to emails out of hours (including on a bank holiday) - we weren’t expecting that at all, and it was very reassuring to know she was always on top of things. Oh and we made the stamp duty deadline - timeframe was rather tight, and with a different firm of solicitors I’m not sure we would have made it.
