I am sad to see the worst review on here and feel so sad that the child in question was subjected to horrific abuse. There are so many other schools that are worse and have not safeguarded children. I removed my son from a school that didn't safeguard or seem to care. Since my son has been at Cooper's School I have seen a great improvement in his learning, progress, emotional and physical health.

This school gets a bad rap from a lot of people on here so I thought I should say that my time there was brilliant and I honestly wouldn't want to swap my secondary education for any other local school. Most of the people in my year were nice enough and I had a good and supportive group of friends. Teachers were amazing and helped me in everyway they could in the lead up to my GCSEs (even though I was a pretty annoying child before year 10). Mr Harvey (English), Mr Snook (geography), Mr Duncan and Ms Roche (maths), and Ms Donagan (physics) were some of the best teachers I could have hoped for and are a big part in why I did ad well as I did and where I am now. Also, Sally Haslan is a lad. I would highly recommend this school to any child with ambition and prospects to achieve in life, as Coopers will help develop you as a person and assist you in getting the best grades you can get.
