Having looking for a butcher and fishmonger for over 6 months who provides fresh quality produce I was a tad skeptical when I first heard about cooper. All my orders have exceeded my expectations, the fish we ordered was bright in colour, bounced back to touch and had no fishy smell which if you are looking for good produce is a few of the checks to do. A bonus was that it was filleted and de-boned. We have ordered chicken breasts, thighs, turkey for Christmas, mince, lamb, steak and much more and haven't been disappointed with any of it a few months in. Also the customer service is 24x7 - Emmy, Charlotte and Lindsey have been great especially getting a turkey breast sorted and delivered to reading before Christmas the day after tier 4 lockdown was announced.

hallo mr cooper may name is a mr biswas i am a director of the zaika inn marlborugh and the zaika valley in swindon . i oder a sea bass , scallops , stone bush and 4 pies of lamb rack . and i got sort of 2 pics lame-rack this lame rack totally off then i call your office she is name is a Samantha i tell to Samantha please can you send a driver collect the rack she say i will do . after that whole day i wait for driver no body come and collect the rack . then next day again i call your office he is name mr mark sales manager againe same request please can you send a driver collect the rack he say me can you send the picture i send a picture then he says me i send a driver naw this day also same happen no body come and collect the rack . after that again i call your office i catch mark then he say sorry mr biswas really i am very disporting your service . mr cooper your account department is good also because with out may consent money taken from may bank i am so many time tell your account department . that why today10/09/18 i go to your account department around 1.30 pm . when i going to there i see one gentleman seat on the chair and tow lady also there one lady come to me she asked me why you coming in here i say , i coming form swindon zaika you need a apartment i don't know after that really she is a rudey omen she is behaviour similar animal she say me get out may ofice . mr cooper if you don't take action then i never oder you any more i wait your respond thanks mr biswas from zaika
