After my daughters accident the garage her insurance company suggested we’re totally hopeless and we asked to change garage. Coombe Accident Repair Service contacted her the same day and picked her car up. The repairs were done super quick once they had the parts and to a very high standard. AVOID AT ALL COST. i had to use them because it's a designated repair shop from insurance. Firstly, to repair some dents took them 2 weeks. They took the car and then saying parts havn't arrived; which begged the question why take my car if parts not arrived? Secondly, when i go pick my car it is parked super tight with other cars; understandable with common garages... When i try to drive the car out, I scratched the car right next to me. it's a scratch mark of <3cm long. Have to pay 200 pound in cash to "settle the matter"; or otherwise go through the insurance balblabal.... How clever and craft and quick way to make 200 pound for a scratch mark; and for some one who just brought them a full job?!! I admit my fault and happy to pay a fair price to "settle". But asking 200 pound is just pure greeds. Fair played, u won Coombe Works! Well done. If you are not captive customer like i was, if you have any other choice, give your hard earned money to another business (maybe equally bad, but at least worth a try) Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst repair shop ever! Took over 2 months to repair a few scratches on my car, after finally recit back they delivered it back with my air conditioning not working which was perfectly fine before handing it in and my battery on critical
