The whole team from quote to installation to after care have been great. I got quotes from 3 companies to install AC in 4 rooms and Coolserv were the cheapest of the 3 firms by £1k, yet left the most professional impression so I went with them for the work. I’m glad I did. Their installers have been for a couple of visits and always done a very good job, leaving each room spotless like they’d never been in there. I was fed up with portable AC units, needing to have a hose pipe out the window, the volume, and that they can potentially leak and be an obstruction. I decided to invest in my home and install AC units around the house. I shopped around for a bit and got several quotes, but the type of installation provided by others didn't really suit me and was concerned about how neat and tidy they were. Coolserv were slightly more expensive than the others, but you pay for quality, reliability and the overall experience with the company. Nicola advised me on what units would be best and she gave me options to choose. She also invited us to the show room to have a look and it was an easy decision from them. Started Monday morning, came on time, and completed the work Thursday afternoon. Attention to detail and planning out the installation was one of the reasons I went with Coolserv. I honestly can't fault a single aspect of what they did. Daryl, Paul and Tony who installed the units were just great. honestly can't sing their praises enough.
