From the start of our conversation it was evident to me he really knew his stuff and had passion to provide a quality product. we loved the home visit a great personal touch, no stone left unturned until we were happy. Quick, easy, bespoke service at our home. Worked closely with the team to order the rings and sizes we wanted.. My ring arrived a bit bigger than planned (no fault of their own) and really supported us in getting it resized with little fuss and superb communication. Also replated my wife's engagement ring as an extra service within excellent time frames and to brilliant finish. We used Cooljoolz for our wedding rings. We were due to get married in 2020 but because of COVID it was delayed until 2022. Initially my finger was measured at a 'P' size - this was due to some swelling at the time. By the time the wedding came about, my finger had actually shrunk to an N ½! Fortunately Cooljoolz were extremely helpful in getting the ring resized, they managed to keep the inscription and this was also particularly tricky because of the inset diamond. We cannot recommend them highly enough, from consultation, to purchase and then aftercare they've been simply excellent.

Such a brilliant wedding supplier. They have been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful the whole time we have been dealing with them. Nothing is too much trouble. They helped me out massively when I was super indecisive. They treat you more like family than a customer! Could not be happier with the rings or the service they have provided!! Amazing service from Carolyn, she was kind enough to visit at my home so I wouldn’t need to post my engagement ring. Cool Joolz resized my engagement ring, and made our wedding bands. My wedding ring was made from my mums old ring and some links from a bracelet left to me by my Nan. I completely trusted everyone the whole time they had my jewellery and was so pleased with the result. Can’t wait to wear my ring after we’re married in September. I first met Kevin at a wedding fair and started to get interested in having a ring specifically designed to go with my engagement ring which is 20 years old. Sarah came to do the first meeting and even though in COVID circumstances, I felt really comfortable with hygiene procedures and enjoyed trying on a range of rings before the exciting task of designing a unique wedding ring that matched my engagement ring. Carolyn and Kevin kept me informed of all the stages of the ring’s development as well as checking if I was still happy with the design. They also replaced missing diamonds on my engagement ring. When the wedding ring arrived I loved it, after a few days it started to change colour but Carolyn arranged for it to be sent back and sorted. I am so happy with my ring. I love it both on its own and with the engagement ring.

I would highly recommend Cooljoolz, they are highly professional and it allowed my fiancé and I to take the time to find the perfect wedding rings for us. It allowed us more choice than you would get in a high street jeweller, allowing to try multiple types on and find the perfect on. Along with this, you have the choice to personalise your ring. I managed to perfectly match my wedding ring to my engagement ring, with the same stone setting and the same metal type.
