Absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional - yelled at us when we asked to move a pipe that was really ugly in the middle of the wall, rather than tucked in the corner. Grilles were almost double the price originally quoted, and installed poorly, with screws sticking out. When they came back to test the system, they literally told us they fired the crew doing our house right after because they were incompetent, but there was no make good. Never finished the job - last bits had to be done by our builders, because they asked for extra money to finish it. We had another, reputable supplier do our annual service, and they gave us a long list of examples of poor installation - uninsulated pipes, wrong choice of pipes to carry air across distance, units installed without service access. We did a whole house renovation, and this was by far the worst supplier we used on the whole project. Services: Install AC, Heating system installation
