Shame this company works well with some branches but then their policy in their Rose Green branch is to fine people parking there for 3 mins while you read their no parking sign late on a weekend and then issue you a £100 fine even though you left because of the notice. Not quite got the community spirit and certainly a company I would avoid at all costs if this is the 'community spirit' they have. See their Rose Green reviews and you'll see what I mean.

Unfortunately our experience with Coole Bevis was very poor. We chose them because we felt the higher quote might reflect a higher level of service but this was not the case. I don't believe we ever received an update unless we asked for it, emails sometimes went unanswered or only some of our queries were responded to. We had the misfortune to deal with Carol before Sara took over. We weren't sent the Completion Statement until after the sale had been completed. I think the friendliest/most professional email we received was the one that included the link to leave a review! All in all they made a stressful situation even worse, I would definitely avoid using their conveyancing services.

Anyone who sees this must avoid this firm or you will be well ripped off, you know what solicitors is like right? Yes indeed, but what you don’t know is that these solicitors are the worse solicitors anyone can find, they completely took advantages of me being a foreigner, They lied from the beginning dealing with my closest friend’s will, they made me pay things I shouldn’t have paid in the first place but I had to pay, They lied to me saying they paid me the right amount of money when they didn’t, after fighting it they put a 1000£ on my account, Water rates etc they made me pay, when it should have came out of my friends estate, I try to speak to a senior partner of Coole bevis no one until now, I believe they kept most of my friends money and they gave almost nothing to the charity’s and for this reason I will continuo to fight against them for what they have done, I requested all the cost of his estate they said no can’t be shown to me, after fighting this, they gave me a fake one without the company’s LOG It just says it all!! 3 different solicitors 2 left the firm with loads of questions to answer! Please please do me a favor do not use this firm as far I would like to explain it all I can’t because I am a foreigner and this is my second language, but please lesson to an idiot avoid them otherwise you have have real problem!! Due to this crises there is no much I can do, but i will be going to BBC news with all the evidence I’ve got and citizen advice to ask for help, am not expecting much to happen as we know what they all like, but I need to share this wide and make people aware of these solicitors completely untrusted!!!! Wow and before I forget, they took cash from the flat with was also left to me and jury’s, money never seen it again and more then half of the jury’s gone as well!! And do u wonder why a senior partner of cool bevis refuses to have a chat with me? I need and I will do everything I can to make sure my friends wishes was carried out by this untrusted solicitors!!!! Even the keys for the flat they lost them I had to wait a few weeks for the property management supply new ones!! Remember some good feedback on their website could be their own staff that’s how bad they are!! Avoid avoid!!
