Avoid at all costs - absolutely disgraceful service. Hired a double slush machine for our wedding which did not work (liquid didn't freeze). Despite repeated attempts to contact the seller over the last 3 weeks I have not received an apology or refund for the hire (£265) - we also lost the costs of the drink put into the machine. The only thing that went wrong on our wedding day was due to cool-parties. I urge you to avoid and find another supplier! Here is the email we received from our events company which were trying to operate the machine: "I’m afraid we had a rather disappointing experience with the slushie machine. My head bar tender took all the instructions directly from the company when it was delivered. We had even discussed with him what time it needed to be ready for and optimum time to have it on for before hand was explained to us 1.5-2 hrs. As you will know it was not only turned on 2 hrs before hand but turned on for 6 hrs in total and did not freeze at all during that time. If I were you, I would make a complaint to the company and ask for a refund or large discount. Other points to add were that it still had blue and red food colouring in each side, so the machine arrived dirty (not very covid safe). And was missing a drip tray on one of the two sides."

Very responsive, all seemed amazing until they sent us a slushy machine that was dirty, dusty and mouldy. The syrup canisters were covered in mud and green with mould. We rejected it immediately and the girl from the company didn’t seem that surprised. I asked for money back and have had no response.
