Paid everything upfront and as requested. Last week of term been told Emma hadn't paid. Turns out we have paid this term and next term and even a bit further ahead but cool milk didn't sort it out for this week! Daughter being told "your mam and dad haven't paid, so you cant have milk" has infuriated me! Wish there was an alternate option but these have the market cornered so couldn't care less!

Unnecessarily complicated process as they need a long time between order and when they will actually start delivering. Huge delay between making payment and when deliveries actually start which would make the cost much higher than the 28p a day quoted!!

Son does not always get milk at school and I cannot get to the bottom of whether this is due to missed deliveries? Update: we gave up trying to figure out why son wasn't getting his milk at school. Between Cool Milk and the School, communication was awful, and it wasn't clear if he was even being offered milk on some days. So we cancelled it and give it to him at home instead. Much cheaper And we know he is having the option of having it!

I have a child with ASD, who also had speech delay and just joining reception. The whole entire year CoolMilk delivered his milk to the wrong school although I had 2 children attending the school and it was the correct school online. They only apologised and told me they couldn't do anything about it as the school year had come to an end. This was very unfortunate for my child but baring in mind my younger child was receiving milk at the same school I continued his payments (mistakes happen atleast they are aware now) only to find out they did the exact same thing to my second child too! Its beyond appalling. Both of my children missed out a whole years worth of milk that had been paid for and the only thing I recieved was an apology after being spoken to rudely when I called trying to resolve the matter. I really wish schools find a better provider soon. I hope no one else's children have to feel left out, be told there's no milk for them everyday (teachers were oblivious as my childrens names weren't on 'the list provided' but on my account coolmilk could clearly see it was paid for! My children weren't able to communicate that across with me baring in mind their learning difficulties also being so young! I would highly recommend everyone to AVOID this company at all costs!

Cool milk provide milk to my sons school sadly they do not allow any provision for milk allergy sufferers so whilst other children have milk my son is offered water excluding and reinforcing his disability on a daily basis. Fortunately to avoid upset I provide an alternative but know other families cannot afford this. Come on Cool milk why not be really cool and also offer cow milk alternatives to those who need and choose to have a different milk!

Terrible experience and don’t bother using this company when your child turns 5. Was charged for 2 weeks’ worth of milk which didn’t reach my child, similar to another account here on Google reviews due to no communication between the school and milk provider.
