In late July I placed an order for Borg & Overstorm B4 through Cool Coolers, after about a week it was delivered and installed on site. All seemed well to begin with, but after less than 2 months, it began to drip, not a huge issue, a cup was placed underneath the tap and a call was made to Cool Coolers. Despite phones and emails there was no response at all, so I wasn’t able to report it. I then called through to Borg & Overstorm, who couldn’t have been more helpful, they organised for a new heater to be sent out, which was delivered the next day and they said they would contacted Cool Coolers. Unfortunately there was still no response from Cool Coolers, so I searched for their head office number and tried this. I was then able to speak to someone, who did apologise for the lack of response and they would look into it. I was then told they would get an engineer to call me. After another few days I called back, they apologised again and said they would get an engineer to call me back. Whilst I was away and with no notification or warning, the engineer arrived, as I wasn’t home, he did at least phone me. I then had to arrange for someone to open up and let him in. The engineer did comment on his lack of training and wasn’t the most professional, but he did check and replace the heating element. In short, the water dispenser is now working again, if it remains problem free I would recommend it, however, I would avoid purchasing it from Cool Coolers.
