Avoid at any cost dodgy company came to my place charged me £120 saying that it needs regassing didn't even show me how much gas I had 3 hrs later air-con in the car does not work and he refuse to refund. I would not recommend at all unless you want to get ripped off pay for nothing 😡😡. I will be reporting this company to trading standards agency

Absolute appalling. Had these booked for a morning appointment but did not turn up until the afternoon. Was told by the Engineer no cost and I asked to diagnose the vehicle but was reluctant to do so and did not. At the time of the visit was "No Charge." I was ok with that. Then I get an invoice for £60.00 by email today and that really did put my back up. I am not paying and will not use this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not even carry out any form of Diagnosis and stated clearly there will be no charge and then I am hit with an Invoice. Work is not up to scratch an am astonished.

Recently, I happened to be in the Ely area. As I had a few hours to spare and because it was warm I decided to get the air-conditioning topped-up in my car. A quick Google search led me to Dan. And, he very graciously said he could accommodate me at short notice. When I arrived, he started the process by undertaking a pressure test of my system. Immediately, he identified that my system had a leak and told me that it would be a waste of time and money putting gas into the car. At the time, this news was frustrating. However, I appreciated Dan’s professionalism and most importantly his integrity, because, other service providers would not have been as conscientious, and would have gone ahead with the process, only for the gas to leak out. Hence, I am leaving this unrequested review, because I appreciated his honesty. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation recommending him to anybody who wanted their air-conditioning to be serviced in the Ely/Cambridgeshire area.

Dan, was extremely helpful on my 07 pathfinder, had few troubles that I didn't realise with it as I'd put in a new compressor in the car but he sorted the problems out and went above board to get my aircon running as should, aswell as giving me helpful advice on what I should do in future for the same problems, would be happy to have him back any time.
