Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to a change of plans we had to cancel our booking the two days before the scheduled journey, however as a result of their no deposit policy we did not lose any money. In addition, the service was great during the booking process - over several telephone calls and emails, the staff recommended activities and generally gave good advice for our group of tourists visiting Welshpool and surrounding areas.
