Good customers service… but the worse employer to work for. Jeff Barwick is a bully and a discrimination to deaf employee and a nasty person to work with thinking he knows how to deal with deaf people when he hasn’t got a clue. Never work for Cooks ever again and I don’t recommend any other deaf engineer too.
