On Saturday I went into the Specsavers in Selby I was booked in for the following Thursday (today 4/5/23) Then on the day before I got a voicemail as I was at work to cancel my appointment. I am more or less a new customer but used to be with them years ago in Leeds. Why on earth has my slot been given away. This is no way to run a business to annoy new customers to stick with them. Start how you mean to go on. It doesn't make me want to go back if they start off by cancelling my slot. I'm not very happy at all specially being diagnosed with AMD.

I like rimless glasses, they suit me and the frame seems to be tight because of the special metal used, just don't drop them on concrete

Extremely impressed. Been a Boots Opticians customer for years but I switched to Specsavers this year. Retinal Scan (OCT) seemed much more in-depth and even showed a 3d topographic map! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hopefully my new glasses will go smoothly when I come to collect them

Nothing wrong with the staff. Just the layout of the new location and shop itself. Should have kept it where it originally was...
