I accidentally broke my lower oven door on 21 Dec 2022 and ordered a new door online at around 10pm the same day. The new door was delivered around 2.15pm on 23 Dec 2022. Without prompt service from CSP our Xmas goose wouldn't have got cooked.

Ordered an element for my cooker on 4th March 21 and was given a delivery time between 9th-11th March. Having still not received the part I contacted them to be told they were out of stock and wouldn't be available until April. They took payment but didn't let me know of the delay until i contacted them meaning I now have no oven for even longer.

Our Britannia oven is pre 2001 when the parts changed - the current door hinges are different. This company was the only one that stated pre and post 2001 parts and only one of two that had the actual pre 2001 hinges. They were a third cheaper that the other company and turned up the next day Saturday, instead of Monday - Tuesday. We now have a cooker door that closes properly for the first time in a year. Happy days.
