Bought a 4 person lasagne from the Wokingham store, and while eating the lasagne my 7 year old daughter hurt herself by biting into a sharp piece of wood that was from within this lasagne. Pictures attached. I did report this to cook food who said they’d investigate and get back to me, but they never did. I can only assume this is normal and/or they simply don’t care. It’s certainly not something a normal person would put into their lasagne, so how did it get into our food from cook? I haven’t bought anything from there since, and I won’t again.

Friendly and patient staff. It was my first time there and the lady took her time explaining different options. I was blown away by their vegetarian lasagna, less so the risotto (but perhaps that's because my expectations were really high after the lasagna). The cheesecake was also brilliant. Would definitely try other dishes. Minimum order value is a little bit high in my opinion, but you can always physically go to the store if preferred.
