First visit to shop. Git to shop and told it was VIP night ticketed. Asked if I can buy, told VIP tickets only. Left disappointed travelled 10 miles to get here. Never tried food. Judy gutted after journey. Will try again soon.

Bright,light,clean establishment. Great place to go to for something different frozen food. There is a good selection of foods for the palette. What we have tried so far ( mushroom risotto) was excellent. Portion size - good. Staff are friendly, efficient, and professional.

So impressed with the standard of food my grown up children bought from the Mere Green shop for my Mother's Day Meal ❤️ I had the Beef Bourgingnon, Dauphinoise potatoes and Braised Red Cabbage followed by the Espresso Pavlova it was delicious and will definitely be visiting again x

The staff clearly didn't want me in the shop and I felt very, very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Such a pity as the food looked lovely and I would have loved to shop there for dinner parties. But I won't be darkening their doors again and I assume that the staff are very happy about that. Edit - 4 months later, I found myself outside and wanted to buy the crumble again so ventured in with a bit of trepidation. Totally different staff - the two new ladies were wonderful and I came out with boxes of food! Thank you. Have changed stars from 1 to 4.

I ordered some gluten free cakes online for my sister's birthday a week ago. One was Eton Mess and the other was a collection of chocolate brownies. The order process was extremely straightforward. When my order was ready, I collected it from COOK (MERE GREEN) as it was the closest to my house. Sandra and Lisa were really lovely and polite. Everything we ordered was delicious. The brownies weren't OTT sugary and the meringue in the Eton Mess was lovely. Thank you and definitely see you again!
