awful experience, standard sales tactics, pressure pressure pressure to get the money, sometimes 6/7 emails per day. once they have been paid the money in FULL (almost £150k), I have been ignored for two days and now all of a sudden the car has been delayed in the workshop and they cant release it. I have had several Land rovers and Inchcape or Group1 are much better, would never go near Rybrook again. In fact, I am about one day away from cancelling altogether and making them refund me just to buy from another dealer.
