We had our survey carried out about 2 years ago and from the perspective of time it is easier to identify any shortcomings. Long story short though, we would not have used this service again. Reading with benefit of hindsight, most of the opinions were generalised and protecting the interests of the surveyor, i.e. hedging himself throughout the report. We were also currently looking to buy another property and used a different surveyor and this has also opened our eyes to the breadth and depth that others offer. 2 stars as the report was provided. Though in itself it was not particularly useful at all. We would avoid.

Incredibly professional and thorough Building Survey carried out on our new home. Fast, efficient service. Highly detailed report prepared and presented in super-fast time. So detailed, not only did it help us negotiate with the vendor effectively, but it will be useful for many months to come on the smallest of issues that we may wish to put right both inside and outside the property. If you want a Survey Report that is absolutely comprehensive and covers each and every part of the building, I simply could not recommend a better Chartered Surveyor. Their costs are competitive and indeed offer fantastic value for money when you consider the enormous detail the report offered. Highly recommended indeed!
