Scam! The website doesn't work and the receptionist who answers calls is unbelievably rude! They claim on their website that you can call for conveyancing advice, the horrible woman who answered the call told me that they don't answer any questions and that that number is for quotes only and hung up on me. Disgusting business Edit to address their response: You can tell a lot about a company from their replies to reviews, notice the tone and the use of terms like "keyboard warrior" and please feel free to check their website to validate everything I said. I found my conveyancer through them, and managed to remortgage, but not without some hair being pulled out. Make sure you double and triple check everything. They are trying to confuse you with the various fees and who they are paid to. I paid them £180 and in the conveyancer letter it states £150. This is because £30 is for no search indemnity which the conveyancer also charged. So make sure you use a credit card, preferably AmEx, in case you need to claw anything back. Also don't trust their reviews or star ratings of the conveyancers. Check them out separately on other review sites.

This website is a total scam. I paid £150 to instruct solicitors to find out later that they are not on Halifax panel. They refused to refund the money. AVOID!!!!
