I found CFM by far the best mortgage broker to use if you are a contractor compared to other mortgage brokers. Athavan was the mortgage advisor that exceeded my expectations from the very beginning by being able to speak to me almost straight away when I telephoned. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease when I explained my personal circumstances. I found Athavan always kept me informed every step of the way even if it meant calling me after 6.00 pm when most mortgage advisers would have gone home for the day. He showed a willingness to help me get a mortgage no matter what obstacles got in the way. Athavan and Fran have both been very professional and diligent in assisting with our remortgage. Athavan was constantly checking the markets as rates were changing and products being removed which was very time consuming on his part.
