I'm absolutely shocked and disappointed by the service provided. We had to wait three weeks until our heating system could finally be repaired. The repairs took an entire day and another hour the day after. Once they had repaired it they left our flat in a mess and did not care to clean any of it. Furthermore, when they arrived on the second day, they just bursted into our apartment without prior notice, completely unprofessional! And finally, shortly after they had apparently finished their job after their second visit, we were left without hot water. Absolutely unacceptable. Service: Heating system repair
