There guys bent over backwards to help me with a tricky problem with a dodgy folding bike. Digital appointment system means they always get the work done when they say they will if not quicker. Was so impressed I returned with my road bike for some work and is now my go to bike service centre.

I called in needing a new chain to be supplied and fitted , the customer service was fantastic, my new chain was fitted and works absolutely fine , the staff are very courteous and professional, if anyone needs bycicle repairs this is the place to go ,will definitely use again 👍 😀

Wasn't sure if this shop was still going as the website seems a little out of date (the blog posts are from 2017?) until I saw the other reviews on here. I'm new in the area and was looking for help on a repair issue that's beyond my current level...I only called to see if they have the expertise on the particular part I'm having problems with and the chap who answered the call (John) was amazing! Patiently explained what might be the issue and suggested ways for me to look into it, with the offer of me taking it into the shop if it doesn't work out. I was fully prepared to take it down there if they had experience in servicing this hub, but am now happy to at least try and have a look myself and better understand the thing first. What a great attitude - really pleased to have spoken to this person and will absolutely try them if this doesn't work out and will definitely go there in future. Great stuff...thanks John!
