So I wasn't the typical coworking site user - my visits were likely to be erratic and in the evening - and I almost gave up on finding somewhere to be a home-office-away-from-home-office but Ewan was happy to make an arrangement which made sense for me. There were only two coworking sites I seriously considered and CW easily won being both local and affordable. I used CW for around a year and never regretted it. It's a lovely place to work with plenty of USB points, plug sockets and the like. Never had an issue with the WiFi. CW also plays a role in the local community and isn't just an "office for hire". It's a shame that I was never going to be part of the "day crew" - I got the impression the regular visitors know each other pretty well and there are several social events in the year. If I need to use a coworking site again, Ewan, I'll be back.

I starting coming to contingent works in September because I am studying my PhD and having trouble focusing at home. Euwan (the owner) is amazing and the place itself is very convenient. It is always superclean, tea/coffee facilities are always ready with good quality supplies, internet is very fast and everything that I would need during my working hours is always available. I owe this place a lot in helping me finish whatever was left from my thesis. Totally recommend it!!!!

Contingent Works is more than just a co-working space, it’s a haven for creative people. It is run by a team of dedicated people who have designed a beautiful space that feels like Shoreditch but thrives in Bromley. Securing a space here has fast tracked my project, enabled me to build connections with like minded people and encouraged and inspired me in an incredibly cool environment It was the best decision I made! Huge thanks to Ewan and Sarah for making it possible.

I can highly recommend Contingent Works to anyone looking for a co-working space in the Bromley area. It's a great option whether you need a fixed desk, just want the occasional break from the home office, or need somewhere quiet for an important video conference. Ewan and the rest of the team are super friendly and accommodating. It has everything you need for a productive day - fast wifi, multiple pods for private calls, unlimited tea and coffee, you name it. An extra bonus is that it's right in the heart of town so it's handy for running errands, grabbing lunch, or a bit of retail therapy during your break.

Contingent Works is like a second home to me. I had just come to the UK from abroad and needed a place to work, Ewan and the staff helped me settling down and really went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed! The facility is top notch, I especially love the Nook, small soundproof booths where you can jump in for meetings. The design of the space is thoroughly innovative, and everything is always clean and looked after. There is a real sense of community and everyone is super nice and makes you feel like you belong there. It's also home of unbelievably skilled professionals and therefore great for networking. As you can imagine, I would absolutely recommend joining Contingent Works!!

I loved Contingent Works, it provided fantastic work space for those who are freelance and self-employed. If you’re a part of a small team the conference rooms also have us a great and professional environment to talk with clients and to brainstorm with colleagues. The owners are amazing and incredibly sociable, making everyone feel so welcomed to be a part of a small community. It’s the best place to work in Bromley!
